This office building in Dorchester, MA experienced water damage after a pipe burst. Multiple areas of the office was wet. The baseboards on the walls were separating from the wall due to moisture. They called SERVPRO of Mattapan/Hyde Park. 

We were able to get onsite within an hour to help extract the water from the building; we then proceeded to dry the floors and walls with our specialized drying equipment. Because our customer called us as soon as they noticed damage they were able to get the building dried quickly so employees could return to the office. Most importantly they avoided the growth and spread of mold. Our customer really appreciated this.
